ERP Upgrade

Good afternoon,

As part of our ongoing commitment to keeping our internal Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system secure, dependable, and future-ready, we’ll be upgrading the system this weekend.

When will this happen?

Scheduled Date: Fri 17th Oct, 10:00 (CDT) to Mon 20th Oct, 3:00 (CDT)

Expected Downtime: We expect the system to be down from Friday morning, with the aim of service resuming on Monday.

What you can expect

This upgrade does not affect the availability of the Autonomise platform which will continue to function as normal.

We will not be able to process any sales quotations, orders, invoices, or related queries whilst the upgrade is ongoing.

Support services will be operating as normal, however, service requests should be raised by email or telephone, as the support portal will not be available to raise such requests.
